Listing the names and titles of the four lecturers and their presentations, including “que es feminismo” by Guatemalan poet Alaide Foppa [shortly before her disappearance by Guatemalan government forces]; “que es el sexismo” by renowned journalist Esperanza Brito; “la mujer en Mexico” by Elena Urrutia; and “alternativa politica” by anthropologist Marta Lamas. The late 1970s marked an important shift in the Mexican feminist movement, as it aligned more closely with other leftist and worker's movements.
