Starbase Tango: La Frontera Final. Nos. 1-6, 8.

A nearly complete run of a short-lived quarterly fanzine published by the Argentinian Star Trek fanclub: Starbase Tango. Established as a civil association with a membership fee, Starbase Tango organized local events and larger conventions, eventually claiming more than 2,000 members. The Latin American distribution and influence of TOS, TNG and subsequent series are often discussed in the history of LatAmer sf and the flourishing of the genre in the 1990s.

The zine consists of reviews, news, and some original fanfic. A number of photos of local conventions and cosplay. Only 8 issues were ever published and the club was later dissolved in an embezzlement scandal.
