Espousing the revolutionary commitment to the social rehabilitation of children and providing an etiology of juvenile delinquency in Mexico from 1927-1931, the book celebrates newly built workshops and homes for boys and girls. Covers juvenile tribunals, vocational training, commercial enterprises, schooling, sports, and medical services.
